In order for me to start working on your project, I need you to send me the list with all the information required for the personalization of your order.
The words written for your project will be written EXACTLY as they appear on your emails or etsy conversations. I do not make etiquette or spelling corrections.
Hand lettering is an art itself; it is common to find variances in the spacing, size and style of letters, therefore, I do not offer refunds for custom work.

All orders shipped via USPS the day after completion of your order.
Most orders within the US take 3-5 business days for delivery AFTER you receive your tracking information.
Please know that I cannot guarantee delivery dates on behalf of third party mail carriers {USPS, UPS, etc}, nor can I be held responsible for delays by third party mail carriers.
Additionally, I DO NOT provide cancellation or refunds because of delays by USPS.
I DO NOT ship orders on weekends or holidays.
If you have a RUSH order, please email me to add expedite shipping to your order.
If an item arrives damaged, please contact me within the first 24 hours.

This Agreement is not assignable, transferable or sub-licensable by you except with Andrea Casals' prior written consent.
